The FSC® certificate (Forest Stewardship Council®, or forest management council). It is an independent, international and non-profit organization whose objective is to promote environmentally responsible, socially beneficial and economically viable forest management in forests throughout the world, through forest certification and product labeling systems. The Ecoedició seal is an official guarantee of sustainability for your publications. Managed by the Institut de l’Ecoedició and verified by the Leitat Technology Center, it ensures that each book is produced with low environmental impact and good practices. Using the BookDAPer tool, the entire life cycle—materials, printing, distribution—is analyzed, and an “ecological backpack” is created, a clear report that shows the book’s real environmental impact. It strengthens trust, demonstrates environmental commitment, and adds value to every work.
The Sanitary Registry of Industries and Food Products (RSIPAC),of which NOVOPRINT is part, contains the authorized operators to manufacture containers that, as defined in Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004, are destined to be in contact with food or that you may reasonably expect them to be in contact with food.
